With U-values as low as 0.77 W/m2K, PAS 24 and RC2 security, a high-security multi-point locking system and maximum single-door dimensions of 1208mm x 2476mm, the S-100 is a premium alternative to a conventional composite door—particularly for larger and more architecturally distinctive entrances.

PAS 24 and RC2 Security
The S-100 is designed to provide outstanding protection for your home. Its locking system incorporates two hooks, two horizontal bolts, a deadbolt and a latch, supported by four hinge-side security dog bolts and a high-security steel door skin.
Exceptional Thermal Performance
Carefully engineered insulation helps the S-100 achieve U-values from 0.77 W/m²K on solid doors and 0.88 W/m²K on glazed designs. A 20mm warm low threshold and drop-down weather seal further improve insulation and weather resistance.
Bespoke Sizes and Configurations
Each door is made to order, with 40 designs covering contemporary and traditional properties. Single doors can be manufactured up to 1208mm wide and 2476mm high, with sidelights, toplights, double-door configurations and aluminium corner posts also available.
Robust Alu-Steel Construction
The S-100 combines the reliability of an aluminium outer frame with a substantial 64mm steel-skinned door leaf. This hybrid construction delivers excellent rigidity, durability and security while allowing the creation of doors larger than typical composite alternatives.
Renolit Solar Shield Finishes
Every steel and aluminium surface is wrapped in a high-performance Renolit Exofol finish incorporating Solar Shield Technology. It reflects infrared radiation to reduce heat build-up on the door’s exterior, helping the door retain its geometry and accurate fit.
High-Performance Safety Glazing
Glazed S-100 doors use a substantial 63.5mm quad-glazed laminated and toughened safety-glass unit with a black spacer bar. Sidelights use 48mm triple-glazed laminated glass, with seven decorative glass finishes available.

A 20mm warm low threshold is supplied as standard. An aluminium cill with a 25mm upstand is available in anodised silver, black textured RAL 9005, white matt RAL 9016 or anthracite textured RAL 7016. A 28mm aluminium frame extension can also be specified.
